- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 1/3 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Beat eggs until light.

2Add sugar gradually, beating until thick and lemon colored.

3Stir in cardamom.

4Sift flour and salt together.

5Blend into egg mixture alternately with cream.

6Place 1 tablespoon batter a little off center on krumkaka iron.

7Close lid and cook a few minutes, turning the pan once to brown both sides. Remove from iron with spatula and roll immediately into cone shape.

8Makes 4 dozen.
