  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • flavoring (either vanilla or almond; approximately 1/2 tsp. or to taste)

Directions

    Mix sugar, eggs and butter well before adding flour and flavoring.

    Makes a good size recipe, but can be doubled easily. Cook on krumkake iron.

    When light brown, remove and roll on krumkake form.
