- 1 recipe yeast roll dough
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- sugar
- cinnamon
Directions

1Cook 1 cup sugar, whipping cream and brown sugar very, very slowly in a heavy aluminum pan for about 1/2 hour.

2Add butter. Cool and beat to a pudding consistency.

3Spread 1/2 mixture on roll dough after shaping in a 9 1/2 to 11-inch pan.

4Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

5Let rise.

6Bake at 375° for about 20 minutes. Spread remaining cream mixture on warm kuchen.
