- 2 small containers plain yogurt
- 1 pt. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 grated apple
- 1/4 lb. margarine, melted (1 stick)
- 1 pkg. eggless brand noodles, cooked and drained
- cinnamon
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except cooked noodles and cinnamon. Add mixture to the noodles and sprinkle with cinnamon that has been placed in a well-buttered 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.

2Bake at 375° for 50 minutes until brown.

3Great with almost any summer picnic or barbecue supper.
