  • 2 small containers plain yogurt
  • 1 pt. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 grated apple
  • 1/4 lb. margarine, melted (1 stick)
  • 1 pkg. eggless brand noodles, cooked and drained
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except cooked noodles and cinnamon. Add mixture to the noodles and sprinkle with cinnamon that has been placed in a well-buttered 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.

    Bake at 375° for 50 minutes until brown.

    Great with almost any summer picnic or barbecue supper.
