- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 boxes instant coconut pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 pkg. coconut
Directions

1Mix the first 3 ingredients and pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

2Cool.

3Cream the next 3 ingredients; spread over cooled crust.

4Sprinkle coconut over this.

5Mix pudding and milk until thick.

6Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip; sprinkle with coconut.
