  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes instant coconut pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. coconut

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients and pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Cool.

    Cream the next 3 ingredients; spread over cooled crust.

    Sprinkle coconut over this.

    Mix pudding and milk until thick.

    Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip; sprinkle with coconut.
