Ingredients

  • juice of 9 doz. lemons
  • 4 large pineapple, cut in small chunks
  • 7 c. sugar
  • 3 1/2 qt. white wine
  • 3 1/2 qt. champagne
  • 1/2 pt. curacao
  • 10 boxes frozen strawberries

Directions

    Combine lemon juice, pineapple chunks and sugar.

    Immediately before serving, add remaining ingredients and pour over large chunks of ice.

    This makes 11 gallons and is a lovely punch for receptions.
