  • 1 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 1 ounce fresh orange juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 2 ounces chilled Champagne
  • 1 tablespoon diced kiwi

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add the gin, Cointreau, citrus juices and Simple Syrup and shake well.

    Strain into a chilled flute, top with the Champagne and garnish with the kiwi.
