- 6 large cukes
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1 qt. onions
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Cut very fine as for relish the cukes, peeled and with seeds removed.

2Add 1/4 cup of salt and let stand overnight.

3Drain in morning and add onions, chopped fine, vinegar, sugar, flour, turmeric, dry mustard, mustard and celery seed.

4Cook 1 hour and put in hot jars.
