  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add other ingredients.

    Mixture will be coarse.

    Form into ladyfinger shapes or roll into balls.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 325° until lightly browned.

    Remove to cooling racks.

    Roll cooled cookies in powdered sugar.

    Yield: 3 dozen.
