- 400 gr flour
- 30 gr yeast
- 2 potatoes, riced and cooked
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 5 gr. salt
- 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
- oil or lard for baking
Directions

1Let yeast, pinch of sugar and milk rise.

2In the middle of flour, put riced potatoes, yeast mixture, oil and salt.

3Make a soft dough until smooth.

4Sprinkle with flour; cover with clean dish towel.

5Let rise about 1 hour (double in size).

6Heat frying oil or lard.

7Flatten dough pieces (size of hand), about 1/2-inch thick.

8Put in hot oil and cover with lid.

9Bake on one side. Take lid off and bake golden brown on other side.

10Serve hot with minced garlic and salt or sugar or use your own ideas!
