- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 slices bread, diced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sherry
- salt
- cracker crumbs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. brown sugar
- sherry
Directions

1Mix the first seven ingredients together and make small balls. Roll in cracker crumbs.

2Combine milk and brown sugar; pour over meatballs.

3Add sherry until almost covered.

4Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

5Can make and refrigerate the day before.
