  • 1/2 md. red cabbage
  • 4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 oz. blue cheese, crumbled

Directions

    Remove the outer leaves from the red cabbage, quarter it, then finely shred half.

    Combine the red wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil and brown sugar in a small plastic container with a lid and shake until well combined.
  3. 3
    Immediately before serving, pour the dressing over the cabbage and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
