  • 2 lb. ground lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (16 oz.) and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • paprika
  • 1 pkg. linguini noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream

Directions

    In skillet, brown lamb and garlic. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes, uncovered. Place noodles in greased 13 x 9 dish. Top with tomato sauce mixture. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in onion. Spread over meat. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle Cheddar cheese and paprika. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Serve.
