- 2 lb. ground lamb
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16 oz.) and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- paprika
- 1 pkg. linguini noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
Directions

1In skillet, brown lamb and garlic. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes, uncovered. Place noodles in greased 13 x 9 dish. Top with tomato sauce mixture. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in onion. Spread over meat. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle Cheddar cheese and paprika. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Serve.
