Lamb Chops

  • 6 -8 lamb chops
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

    Brown the lamb chops in a pan with the olive oil.

    Cut the garlic clove in half and add it to the pan with the rosemary.

    Pour a can of crushed tomatoes over the top.

    (It does taste better with fresh, but in the interest of time, I made the recipe with canned)

    Simmer for about 20-25 min, 'til tender.

    Add salt as desired.

    Salt isn't necessary, especially if you use canned tomatoes, but it will bring out the flavor of the garlic.
