- 6 -8 lamb chops
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions

1Brown the lamb chops in a pan with the olive oil.

2Cut the garlic clove in half and add it to the pan with the rosemary.

3Pour a can of crushed tomatoes over the top.

4(It does taste better with fresh, but in the interest of time, I made the recipe with canned)

5Simmer for about 20-25 min, 'til tender.

6Add salt as desired.

7Salt isn't necessary, especially if you use canned tomatoes, but it will bring out the flavor of the garlic.
