Lamb Chops

  • 2 Tbsp. fat or butter
  • 6 lamb chops (1-inch thick)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup

Directions

    Melt fat in large skillet; season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops lightly on both sides.

    Remove from skillet to baking pan.

    Pour mushroom soup and water.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° until desired tenderness.
