- 2 Tbsp. fat or butter
- 6 lamb chops (1-inch thick)
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
Directions

1Melt fat in large skillet; season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops lightly on both sides.

2Remove from skillet to baking pan.

3Pour mushroom soup and water.

4Cover with foil and bake at 350° until desired tenderness.

5Makes 6 servings.
