- 8 (4-ounce) lamb chops
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary leaves
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Preheat a hot grill and the oven to 400 degrees F.
