  • 2 Tbsp. Bertolli(R) Classico Olive Oil
  • 1 small red bell pepper, julienned (1/8- x 1/8- x 3-inch strips)
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine OR beef broth
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 1 pouch Bertolli(R) Premium Summer Crushed Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1/4 cup pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped
  • 3 hot cherry peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
