- 1 3/4 lb. lamb (cut from thigh)
- 2 large green peppers, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 eggs, boiled and chopped
- 1/2 c. peanuts, chopped
- 5 slices cooked bacon
- 1 1/2 c. chopped coconut
- 2 orange peel, chopped
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. raisins, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. curry
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 Tbsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cut lamb legs in strips.

2Add black pepper and salt to 3 tablespoons flour; mix good with flour.

3Pour 1 cup oil into skillet or frying pan.

4When oil is hot, add lamb.

5Keep turning until meat is soft; then add rest of flour.

6Keep turning until gravy thickens.

7Add water; stir.

8Move to larger pot, if needed. Cook.

9Lower heat for 20 minutes of until meat is soft and gravy is right.

10Fry bacon until crisp; chop up.

11Cook 1 1/2 cups rice.

12Put in separate bowls chopped pepper, celery, eggs, peanuts, coconut, raisins, orange peel, bacon and curry powder.

13Put spoon of rice on plate and all of each kind of chopping over rice.

14Serves 4 to 5 people.
