Lamb Cutlet Stroganoff

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 lamb cutlets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (45 g) packet Maggi beef stroganoff recipe mix
- 1 12 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Directions

1Heat oil in pan, add cutlets, brown on each side.

2Remove from pan.

3Add onions and mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.

4Add combine recipe mix and water.

5Bring to the boil, return cutlets to pan, simmer 10-15 minutes.

6Stir in sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.

7Serve with steamed rice and steamed vegetables.
