Lamb Cutlet Stroganoff

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 lamb cutlets
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (45 g) packet Maggi beef stroganoff recipe mix
  • 1 12 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

    Heat oil in pan, add cutlets, brown on each side.

    Remove from pan.

    Add onions and mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.

    Add combine recipe mix and water.

    Bring to the boil, return cutlets to pan, simmer 10-15 minutes.

    Stir in sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.

    Serve with steamed rice and steamed vegetables.
