- 2 lb. lamb chops
- 1 small onion
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1/2 pkg. McCormick spaghetti sauce
- Gravy Master
- 3 to 4 medium potatoes
- 1 pkg. McCormick gravy mix
- parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Add lamb chops to pot; cover with water.

2Bring to boil.

3Skim fat off top.

4Add onion, carrots and celery.

5Sprinkle parsley, couple dashes of Gravy Master and 1/2 package of spaghetti sauce. Simmer covered 1 1/2 hours.

6Boil potatoes until tender on side. Drain.

7Add potatoes and McCormick gravy mix.
