  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
  • 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground lamb
  • 1 tsp. each garam masala, ground coriander, ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 6 large whole wheat tortillas

Directions

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add next 4 ingredients; cook and stir 5 min.

    or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Add lamb and seasonings; cook 8 min.

    or until lamb is done, stirring frequently.

    Stir in barbecue sauce; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.

    Add cheese, fresh coriander and lemon juice to lamb mixture; mix well.

    Spoon onto centres of tortillas.

    Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.
