- 2 lb Lamb Leg
- 1 cup Rice
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 Bouillon
- 1 water
- 1 salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Ground Cardamon
Directions

1Prepare the onion and cut it in big cubes.

2Put little oil in pot and put the onion and the cinnamon with the cardamom.

3Cook the onion until it starts to lose its water.

4Add the lamb leg and flip it on in the pot.
-
5Add the water to cover up the lamb leg.

6Boil it for 1 houre
-
7After 1 hour add salt, black pepper, and bouillon and cook it for 15 min.

8After 15 min remove it from the pot and add put the lamb leg in the Oven for 20 min.

9Add little black pepper and cinnamon on top of it.

10With the meat water cook the rice for 20 min.
