Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless lamb
- 1 crushed large garlic clove
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 4 c. hot cooked rice
- 2 c. coarsely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Cut lamb into 1-inch cubes.

2Brown lamb, onion and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan.

3Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients.

4Reduce heat and boil gently covered, 1 hour or until lamb is tender.

5(Add more water during cooking, if necessary.)

6Serve with rice.
