  • 3 lb. lamb, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 lb. small red potatoes
  • 8 slender carrots
  • 4 small turnips, halved
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Simmer meat in soy sauce.

    Uncover and let sizzle in its own fat until brown.
