- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. lamb stock
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt
Directions

1Combine lamb, eggs, olive oil and lemon juice.

2Melt butter; add flour and mustard.

3Stir stock in slowly.

4Add Worcestershire sauce and salt as needed.

5Cook and stir the sauce until it is boiling.

6Add the lamb and egg mixture.
