- 2 lbs lean beef
- 10 garlic cloves
- 2 1/2 inches gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons msg (option)
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 cups oil
Directions

1cut beef into 1/8 inch thick.

2blend garlics and ginger.

3put all ingredients into a bowl with beef and use your fingertips to thoroughly coat the beef.

4place the beef strips onto racks and let it sit in the sun to dry.

5deep fry jerky for 15 seconds and serves.
