- 2/3 c. flour
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored, 4 to 5 minutes. Blend in flour, milk, sugar, butter and salt.

2Beat 2 to 3 minutes.

3Gently fold in egg whites.

4Fill 2 well-greased muffin pans 2/3 full.

5Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6Serve with butter or jam.
