- 2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 4 over ripe bananad
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180'C, grease a square cake tin.

2Cream the butter and suger.

3Add the egg and vanilla mix well.

4Add the banana and mix through.

5Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture.

6Pour the batter into the greased cake tin.

7Bake the cake up to 60 minutes, check the cake for readiness after 30 minute and every 10 minutes there after.
