- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 5 medium eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Let cream cheese and eggs sit at room temperature 3 hours. Beat cream cheese and sugar together; add eggs one at a time and blend thoroughly.

2Stir in sour cream and vanilla.

3Pour into crust.

4Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

6Do not open. Leave in oven for 1 hour.
