- 1 crust for 10-inch pie
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can water
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except nutmeg and crust.

2Pour into 10-inch pie crust.

3Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

4Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

5Lower oven to 375°; bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

6Insert knife; pie is done if knife comes out clean.
