  • 1 crust for 10-inch pie
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except nutmeg and crust.

    Pour into 10-inch pie crust.

    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Lower oven to 375°; bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Insert knife; pie is done if knife comes out clean.
