- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 10 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Thaw potatoes.

2Combine in a large bowl with 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and shredded cheese. Blend well and pour into a 3-quart casserole dish, which has been greased with butter.

3Mix remaining melted butter with crushed corn flakes; sprinkle on top of potato mixture.

4Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
