- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 4 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 qt. Prego spaghetti sauce
- 18 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 egg
Directions

1Boil lasagna noodles (10 to 12) in 4-quart pan.

2Brown ground chuck in large skillet.

3After browning, add spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce.

4When noodles are tender, drain and let cool.

5In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 3 layers of sauce, cheese and noodles.

6For cheese layer, add 1 egg to large carton of cottage cheese.

7Also, stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

8Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top of cottage cheese.

9Layer sauce, cheese and noodles.

10Bake at 400° for about 45 minutes.
