- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. pepperoni
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. sweet basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 lb. canned tomatoes
- 12 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. lasagna noodles
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Add next 6 ingredients.

3Simmer 30 minutes, uncovered.

4Cook noodles.

5Beat eggs, cottage cheese, remaining teaspoon of salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.

6Grate Mozzarella.

7Lay in greased pan or dish half of the noodles, half of the cottage cheese mixture and half of the meat sauce mixture.

8Repeat layers, ending with the cheese on top.

9Cover and bake in a 375° oven until bubbly (30 to 45 minutes).
