- 2 Tbsp. Wesson or olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/2 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
Directions

1In heavy skillet, heat Wesson oil.

2Add garlic and onion and cook until soft.

3Add beef and seasonings; cook until crumbly. Mix in tomato paste and hot water; simmer 5 minutes.

4In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish, place a thin layer of sauce, next put half the noodles, then all the Ricotta or cottage cheese and on top of that, half the Mozzarella.

5Repeat with the remaining half of noodles, sauce and Mozzarella on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

7Let stand out of oven for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

8Serves 6 to 8.
