- 4 c. uncooked egg noodles
- 1 1/3 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
- 4 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 (1 1/3 c.) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles in boiling salted water.

2Cook beef and onions until brown.

3Drain.

4Add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce.

5Cook until thickened.

6Drain noodles.

7Combine cream cheese and evaporated milk in warm saucepan until smooth.

8Mix noodles and garlic salt.

9Stir noodles and milk mixture together.

10Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan: noodles, meat and cheese.

11Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
