- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 (30 1/2 oz.) jar Ragu thick and hearty spaghetti sauce flavored with meat
- 1 lb. pkg. pork sausage
- 4 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 4 c. mild Cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Pam nonstick cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook lasagna according to package directions.

3Fry sausage all cut up.

4Mix together the Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

5To assemble lasagna, spray bottom of a 9 x 13-inch deep baking dish.

6Pour 1 1/3 cups of sauce in bottom; add a layer of lasagna strips.

7Sprinkle some of the cheeses and sausage.

8Add another layer of lasagna strips.

9Repeat layers, ending with 1 1/3 cups of sauce.

10Sprinkle remaining cheese and sausage on top.

11Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top to taste. Bake covered with aluminum foil in oven for 30 minutes.

12Remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes.

13Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

14Serves 8. Serve with tossed salad and French bread.
