  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. hot salad oil
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. rosemary
  • 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 (16 oz.) lasagna noodles
  • 1 1/2 c. Ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella, sliced

    Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender.

    cook until beef is slightly brown.
