- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. ground beef
- onion flakes and pepper (quite a bit)
- 3 packs McCormick spaghetti seasoning
- 2 1/2 cans tomato sauce (large cans)
- 2 cans water
- 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Add onion flakes and pepper, spaghetti mix, tomato sauce and water.

3Stir and simmer for 10 minutes with lid on.

4In large mixing bowl, mix Mozzarella cheese (save a little for the top), the 16 ounces cottage cheese and lots of parsley or parsley flakes.

5Boil lasagna noodles in large pan with 2 tablespoons oil.

6They are easier to handle broken in half.

7Place in pan in this order:

8meat sauce, noodles, meat sauce, cheese mixture, noodles, meat sauce, cheese mixture and sprinkle of Parmesan cheese (if desired).

9Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

10Serve with garlic bread.
