- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed; drain.

2Wash in cold water.

3Brown meat.

4In a bowl mix seasonings, 1/2 Parmesan cheese and egg. Place first layer of noodles in a flat pan.

5Add meat.

6Spread a thick layer of spaghetti sauce on noodles.

7Spread a layer of each Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.

8Next, layer seasoning mixture. Repeat with other layers.

9On the top layer, add remaining sauce, cheese's, including remaining 1/2 Parmesan cheese.

10Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
