  • 9 lasagna noodles, prepared
  • 2 egg whites
  • 8 oz. fat-free cottage cheese
  • 4 oz. fat-free Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 to 4 c. spaghetti sauce (see recipe)

Directions

    Place on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan, a small amount of sauce. Place 1 layer of noodles in pan.

    Combine cottage cheese and egg whites.

    Place on top of noodle layer, then add sauce.

    Place another layer of noodles; top with sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
