- 9 lasagna noodles, prepared
- 2 egg whites
- 8 oz. fat-free cottage cheese
- 4 oz. fat-free Mozzarella cheese
- 3 to 4 c. spaghetti sauce (see recipe)
Directions

1Place on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan, a small amount of sauce. Place 1 layer of noodles in pan.

2Combine cottage cheese and egg whites.

3Place on top of noodle layer, then add sauce.

4Place another layer of noodles; top with sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
