- 1 lb. wide lasagna
- 1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 c. grated Italian cheese
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large can chopped or pureed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
Directions

1Cook lasagna al dente; drain.

2Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella and Italian cheeses, 3 eggs and salt and pepper; set aside.

3Brown and crumble ground beef in oil with garlic and onion.

4Mix tomatoes and tomato paste (add spices and herbs as desired).

5Add browned meat mixture; cook at low temperature.
