- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- salt to taste
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
Directions

1Brown ground beef, add next 6 ingredients.

2Simmer, uncovered, until thick, 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Cook noodles, drain and rinse in hot water.

4Combine cottage cheese mixture (cottage cheese, parsley flakes, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs and salt and pepper).

5Place half noodles in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

6Spread half of cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Add half Mozzarella cheese and then half of the meat mixture. Repeat layers.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
