- 3 cans tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste (if needed)
- 1 large can Parmesan cheese
- lasagna noodles, cooked
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- garlic to taste (fresh or powder)
- 1 large carton cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown first 4 ingredients and drain.

2Add tomatoes, sauce and spices.

3Cook for at least one hour.

4For thicker sauce, add tomato paste.
