  • lasagna noodles
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large container cottage cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Cook lasagna noodles according to directions on package. Brown ground beef and drain; add tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.

    Cook 10 minutes.

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan put a layer of sauce, then layer of noodles, then half of the cottage cheese and layer of Mozzarella cheese.

    Repeat, ending with sauce on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
