- lasagna noodles
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 large container cottage cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook lasagna noodles according to directions on package. Brown ground beef and drain; add tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.

2Cook 10 minutes.

3In a 9 x 13-inch pan put a layer of sauce, then layer of noodles, then half of the cottage cheese and layer of Mozzarella cheese.

4Repeat, ending with sauce on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
