  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 pt. Ricotta cheese
  • salt to taste
  • handful (about 1/4 c. total) Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese

    Cook noodles.

    Brown beef and add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix.

    Beat eggs and add Ricotta cheese.

    Layer:

    noodles, meat, Ricotta and top with Cheddar, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. (Makes 3 layers.)

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Cut and serve.
