  • 1 block (8 Oz) Cream Cheese
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 bag (1 Lb. Bag) Frozen White Shoepeg Corn
  • 2 Tablespoons Jalapenos, Chopped

Directions

    Heat cream cheese and butter.

    Add milk, garlic salt, frozen corn and jalapenos.

    Heat thoroughly.

    Serve with tortilla chips (I prefer to use Scoops).

    You can prepare this on the stove, using the microwave or oven.

    If using the microwave, I tend to heat in 10 min.

    increments to make sure corn is heated then pop in the toaster oven at 350 for 15 mins.

    If you bake/cook too long, youll dry it out.

    Serves many but I tend to double this as once people take a bite, they cant stop!
