- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Do not cook the lasagna noodles. Brown beef, drain fat and add sauce. Cut 6 slices Mozzarella for topping.

2Shred remainder and mix with Ricotta, egg, parsley, salt and pepper.

3Ladle 1/3 of meat sauce into bottom of baking dish.

4Add a layer of 1/3 of the noodles (uncooked) and a layer of 1/3 of the cheeses mixture. Repeat

5layers 2 more times and top with Mozzarella slices and Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
