  • 2 peeled and chopped onions
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
