- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/8 tsp. soda
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and form into meatballs, 1 1/2 to 2-inch diameter.

2Heat margarine and oil in large skillet.

3Fry meatballs over low heat until brown and cooked through.

4Great in spaghetti sauce.

5Recipe can be doubled and half of meatballs frozen for future use.
