Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp. soda
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and form into meatballs, 1 1/2 to 2-inch diameter.

    Heat margarine and oil in large skillet.

    Fry meatballs over low heat until brown and cooked through.

    Great in spaghetti sauce.

    Recipe can be doubled and half of meatballs frozen for future use.
