- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
- cottage cheese
- 1 large onion
Directions

1Mix together Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese after shredding.

2Cook noodles until tender; drain and set aside.

3Brown ground beef in large skillet with onion.

4Drain excess grease.

5In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer noodles, ground beef and cheeses.

6Make another layer the same, this time add the cottage cheese before the ground beef.

7Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
